The boys don't look very merry here, but we did have a great Christmas! Jason is going to kill me for putting this pic up, but I had to it was so funny, I'll ask for forgiveness later. Doesn't he look hot?! Ha ha ha!
Well, Santa came this year and was very generous to my boys. I think it was because Carter left Santa a Pepsi. I asked Carter what kind of treat we should leave Santa and he said the Santa really loves Pepsi, so that is what we left out. Santa left a thank you note to the boys for the Pepsi. :) Santa got done early this year and kept on buying things he found as Christmas drew near. They got a saddle, wranglers, ropes, a dummy (not mom), and other assorted gifts.
Keaton with his new hat and rope, was the first to get on the saddle to as he put it, "go catch some bad guys." He looks really good in his new hat and spurs.
Carter got a fancy microscope...methane blue is now all over my kitchen table...ugh. It was Jason's idea to get the microscope.
The rest of my peeps.A funny story for this year happened Christmas morning. I had gotten up with the baby early that morning and he was awake ready to start his day. So I went to the kitchen and poured myself some cereal. I heard Carter creeping down the hall towards the tree. It kinda surprised me so I jumped from behind the tree and yelled, "Carter what are doing out of bed!" The look on his face was priceless and gave me the best belly chuckle I have had in a long time. You would have thought judging by the look on his face the Santa caught him sneaking a peek. He turned and bolted back down the hall and jumped on his bed! I laughed the whole way down the hall, I've never seen him run so fast. So we woke the rest of the house up for our Christmas morning parade down the hall.
